Our flight packages are suitable for everyone*: whether you're new to paragliding or already have some flying experience. They're also ideal for pilots looking to improve their technique safely, thanks to the experience of our instructors.
The duration of a standard discovery flight varies between 10 and 15 minutes over 700 meters of altitude difference.
For those looking to extend their flight time, the paragliding tour is ideal. Azur Parapente offers you the opportunity to soar like a bird over the region for up to 40 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
Come fly with friends or family, we can organize up to three takeoffs at the same time thanks to our team of qualified instructors.
*Activity accessible to all weighing between 20 and 80 kg, up to 95 kg for athletes.

The reason why there is no paragliding activity in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin in summer is based on two major safety factors.
The first concerns aerological conditions. When temperatures are too high, flights become uninteresting because it is difficult to gain altitude, and they can even be dangerous. Paragliding depends on air movements in the atmosphere, and the study of these movements, called aerology, is essential to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers.
The second, more practical reason concerns Roquebrune-Cap-Martin specifically. A paragliding flight with Azur Parapente ends with a landing on one of the most beautiful beaches on the French Riviera: Golfe Bleu Beach. It's beautiful year-round, but overrun with tourists in the summer. For safety reasons, the beach is therefore inaccessible for paragliding activities. You can't imagine landing among the beach umbrellas and sandcastles, can you? It would be a shame to lose such a spectacular landing area!
However, Azur Parapente is not closed. Our team continues to operate from Chamonix to Annecy, via the Vosges mountains. We operate year-round in the most beautiful French paragliding locations.

For thrill-seekers, the "sensational" flight option is for you! You'll have the opportunity to pilot the paraglider and experience aerial acrobatics performed by your instructor.

Where are the runways?
We have two takeoff sites located on the heights of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Monaco, each with a vertical drop of 700 meters. The choice of site for your flight will be based on weather conditions and will be decided at the last minute:
- Mont Gros in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, located between Monaco and Menton, offers a spectacular panorama of the Mediterranean.
- The Lai Barrai take-off area, slightly further west of Mont Gros, is located opposite the splendid city of Monte Carlo.
The landing takes place on one of the most beautiful and famous beaches on the French Riviera: Golfe Bleu Beach in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. This pebble beach stretches for 800 meters, is accessible via a footpath, and is located near the train station.
This environment makes this place one of the 10 best paragliding sites in Europe, particularly appreciated for its exceptional flying conditions in winter.

We will meet you at our vehicle which will be parked above the Gulf of Blue beach at 13 avenue Le Corbusier in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

How does a tandem paragliding baptism with Azur Parapente work?
We'll take care of you from start to finish, from your arrival at the meeting point to your return. Your activity will last approximately 1.5 hours in total. Follow all the steps:

From the meeting point, we'll take you to one of the launch sites in our vehicle. During the approximately 20-minute journey, we'll get to know each other, and the team will answer your questions.

When you arrive at takeoff, you will be equipped with a harness and a helmet!
Then your instructor will prepare and check the equipment, you will receive instructions for take-off.

A few steps with your instructor and the crew will take flight into the skies of the Côte d'Azur. Enjoy a unique 360° experience immersed between the sea and the Monaco Mountains beneath your feet. You'll feel the freedom of soaring through the sky like a bird, with no sound, just the wind on your face.

Landing on the beach at Golf Bleu. Once on land, your instructor will take the time to discuss the experience you've just shared. This is an essential moment to gently conclude this exceptional and emotional experience. This will also be the time to review and collect your photos and videos.
Together we will return to the initial meeting point, we will have spent around 1.5 hours together.
